What we did:

• Full façade works to the Southern Façade 

• Replacement of construction joints

• New aluminium screens and louvres to balconies 

• Façade glazing repairs to the windows

• Replacement of balcony glass sealant

• Isolated testing and replacement of balcony membranes

• Concrete spalling and render repair

• Complete façade painting and a Façade coating system

• Balustrade removal and replacement

780 BOURKE ST project was the maintenance and repair of the highrise Hopetoun Building in the Moore Park gardens complex.

MAX Build carried out works to the whole southern façade with the use of swing stages and scaffolding.

Swing stages were installed over 17 storeys and locations, and durations were co-ordinated with residents to ensure residents safety and privacy were considered.

A few non-standard access solutions were designed to allow the works to be completed safely and within the contract budget.
